Bazaar is ignored in some places?

I'd just ignore this.  It hasn't had updates in quite
a while and he clearly isn't too interested in doing the work
himself to keep it up to date.

Better to have something ignored than be incorrect -- which it
will be inevitably as time moves on.

Hopefully people go to wikipedia these days.
