I'm tired to explain again and again that I don't use svn and therefore can't maintain bzr-svn
distribution on win32 properly.
So I just download bzr-svn 0.4.5 and python lib from
http://www.scio.com.mx/gui/svn_python-1.4.3.win32.exe (link from BzrSvn wiki page).
I have svn 1.4.3 installed:
C:\work\Bazaar\mydev.packs\bzr.dev>svn --version
svn, version 1.4.3 (r23084)
compiled Jan 18 2007, 07:47:40

Subversion is open source software, see http://subversion.tigris.org/
This product includes software developed by CollabNet (http://www.Collab.Net/).
The following repository access (RA) modules are available:
* ra_dav : Module for accessing a repository via WebDAV (DeltaV) protocol.
- handles 'http' scheme
- handles 'https' scheme
* ra_svn : Module for accessing a repository using the svn network protocol.
- handles 'svn' scheme
* ra_local : Module for accessing a repository on local disk.
- handles 'file' scheme
I ran `python bzr selftest svn` in bzr.dev directory. Here is the summary of selftest results:
Ran 716 tests in 90.265s
FAILED (failures=2, errors=422)
1 test skipped
If someone will say me: "this result is OK, please package bzr-svn for bzr.exe"
then I'll do it before rc2. But not in the standalone installer, but as separate package instead.
Complete test.log is attached if someone interested.
