Yes, but posting it to the bug tracker encourages discussion through
Launchpad, which is IMO the wrong place for discussion.  Filling up the
bug tracker with feature requests makes it less useful for people who
want to know about bugs in Bazaar, either to count them or to fix them.

I like Trac's model too, especially the fact that they distinguish
between bugs, enhancements and tasks.  Launchpad isn't Trac, but I
expect most issue trackers provide more than "bugs" as a concept.
