We could do a hack to use simple QHBox, without any per-platform button
ordering and positioning, since this only affects Linux. People on
Windows and Mac OS X will most likely get the latest version of Qt,
since there is no built-in package system. It would still look weird on
GNOME vs. KDE, where the button order is different, but I think it's
acceptable for people with old Qt.
