I'm certainly happy to deal with any message-id issues. Please let me
know what they are.

You retracted your vote by mistake, by telling Bundle Buggy to change
your vote to a comment. But there are situations where it does make
sense to change your vote to a comment. For example, if you approve
something and then later discussion makes you uncertain whether your
approval was the right choice.

Similarly, we can't forbid authors from retracting their own approval
votes. In fact many of my vetoed requests were vetoed by me. And many
of my vetoes are done on behalf of the author. And it's often seemed to
me than an RFC is like a merge request where the author doesn't approve.

So it's hard for me to see what needs to be fixed here. I think it
comes down to a misunderstanding of what "bb:comment" signifies. It
means "I wish to comment, but not vote, at this time".

You could have done bb:approve to achieve the effect you wanted, because
you didn't want to change your vote.

Finally, changing a vote to a comment does not veto. You have to change
it to "reject" to veto.
