Since r2733 a -r 0 is translated to the NULL_REVISION instead of None.
This wasn't being handled by show_log.
This patch handles a null revision being passed into show_log in the
same way a None already is.
Wrt the tests, I've extended the null revisionspec tests to also test
- -r 0.
