bazaar-vcs.org dapper repository

I found out that bazaar-vcs.org repository for dapper
is not updated anymore. It's latest update still has
bzr 0.17.1, while edgy, fiesty, and gutsy all have the
latest version.

Since dapper is the LTS release, there's actually a
reason for me to still using dapper for servers
(beside the relatively comparable software versions
with RHEL 5).

Is it possible to update the dapper repository, or is
there any technical obstacles in doing so (such as
library versions)?
