Changing order in bzr help command text

Most of the time long ago aliases indeed was shown at the top of help.
IMO, Ian change this layout when he did refactoring of help subsystem.
I have no objection to move it back.
But 'see also' in all man pages I ever seen always shown at the bottom.
I don't think it make sense to have it at top.
