I kind of like that I have a repository with a bunch of different (but related
projects). Namely all of my Bazaar code and my plugins.

And I don't think that negates the concept of a Project. I would just be
concerned about strictly punning them with Repository.

Certainly for someone coming from SVN, you have everything and the kitchen sink
in a single repository. (Setting up a new one is difficult, so you sure aren't
going to do it more than once.)
