We have struggled in the past with a perception that Bazaar requires LP.
I'm afraid that having the primary intro guide focus on LP instead of
SFTP will reinforce that.

My preference is that we mention both sftp and Launchpad and we do so in
the one document, not two. I'd like the section names to be called

  Publishing your branch using SFTP

and

  Publishing your branch using Launchpad

The SFTP one should be first with an opening paragraph something like this:

If you already have a SFTP server available or are comfortable
setting one up, this section explains how to use Bazaar with one.
Other readers should skip straight to the next section, Publishing
your branch with Launchpad, a free hosting service for Bazaar.

In that way:

* advanced users get to read both

* less advanced users get the message that Launchpad isn't
a requirement but adds value via free hosting.

My 2c,
Ian C.

PS: Full review of the other changes coming in another email soon.
