These are all fixed now in my latest copy (not yet uploaded).

I partially agree *but* remove and mv are indeed the 'primary' names for
these commands. My leaning is to stick with them for that reason. I'm
not sure what the original thinking was: perhaps remove and move look
too similar so 'mv' was picked as the default name and 'move' made the
alias and not the other way around? Or something like that?
