[RFC] [MERGE] Draft 2 of revised mini-tutorial

I've taken into account everyone's feedback so far, thanks for all your input.

This time round the main changes are:

- uses Launchpad for push, rather than sftp
- adds and links to a /push-with-sftp/ section; I'm not sure of the
merits of this and if we should maybe just have a separate sftp
mini-tutorial
- adds the "merging" section at the end, your input very much
appreciated on this as I'm not sure right of how to approach the
missing "accepting a bundle" section.

My next step is to work on the user guide and user reference.
