Sure, but does it work better or worse than Moin?  I've never seen big
benefits from the fact that the wiki's part of the same package as the
bug tracker and source viewer.

One thing I'm thinking about is having Cart generate documentation from
source code, the way we do manually on http://doc.bazaar-vcs.org/ and
with a similar goal of presenting documentation for the various releases.

I'm planning to support dependencies for bugs.  Is this something else?
