bzr send does not attach anything when thunderbird is email client

Hi,

I was just experimenting with the new send command. I installed the 
xdg-utils package and bzr send --mail-to someone at somwhere.com worked 
except that the bundle was not attached to the message as I had 
expected. The subject and to address were correctly set, however.

My preferred email client is Thunderbird. I haven't tried with any 
others. Is this a known issue?
