Which reminds me: we've decided that the "definitive" or "official"
documentation will be in the source tree, and rendered onto
doc.bazaar-vcs.org.  We should watch out for, and move, any wiki content
that either

 - duplicates, or is an old or diverged version of official docs
 - isn't official, but deserves to be

That's not to discourage people putting notes on the wiki or drafting
things there.

Maybe we should put an invitation in the frontmatter of the official
docs inviting people to post additions, corrections or queries to this
list.
