Error when trying to dogfood pack repositories

Yup, this is the known issue with a knit delta that is not referenced
from an inventory, only from the knit delta chain; its like that in
bzr.dev, and thus in my packs repository; you cannot pull past that
version.

Your branch has pulled mine ok, its just the working tree thats failing,
you can correct this by doing 'bzr pull
http://bazaar-vcs.org/bzr/bzr.dev' which will insert the missing deltas.
