[MERGE] show (possibly dotted) revnos in `bzr tags` (v2)

This seems to be the general feeling, and I can retrospectively agree.
I'll submit a new version tomorrow that shows ids only with --show-ids.

Is that okay, or somebody thinks it should still show the revnos?
(Separated by a space, or how?)
