Hi Anthony,

Can you reproduce this in a tree with non-private data, and make it
available to us?

Others: could this be the sftp-returns-offset=0 bug?

Anthony, if it is due to a problem with you sftp server, you can
probably avoid this by using bzr+ssh if you can install bzr on the
server.
