Failed to open trace file?

Hi Bazaar developers,

I wonder what the message means? Is it supposed to write on the /root 
directory ? Which /root ? Mine or Launchpad's ?

It seems to push the thing just fine though

simple> bzr ci -m 'test again' && bzr push
modified Instalasi Rails.textile.txt
Committed revision 21.
Using saved location:
