bzr push masked, does not update

dirstate+tags use different config file to store push location.
As message above said this config masked by global config from
~/.bazaar/locations.conf

Open locations.conf and find section named
/media/prestige/home/ceefour/project/bukuruby/web
(I suppose it's the root of your branch).

Then delete options push_location and push_location:policy.
