SCM discussions in the GNOME community

People interested in advocating Bazaar may want to contribute to:
http://live.gnome.org/DistributedSCM
although the real debate is on the desktop-devel-list:
http://mail.gnome.org/archives/foundation-list/2007-September/thread.html

There will be no formal decision making process; things don't go that
way in GNOME. Popularity, voice, and installed track record count for a
lot.

I'd say Mercurial is out by default for lack of anyone advocating it. By
the same token that section of the the Bazaar user community who also
cares about GNOME might do well to make a bit more noise in these
discussions.
