[RFC] Including plugin versions in traceback?

Hi,

At the moment, tracebacks during crashes report the version of bzr in
which the crash occurred. For bzr-svn bugs, I constantly have to ask
people that send backtraces what version of bzr-svn they're using. 

Now that there is a convention for storing the versions of plugins,
would it perhaps be a good idea to include the list of plugins loaded
and, if specified, their versions in tracebacks? What do you think?
