Pending merges, non-integer revision numbers,...: documentation?

With `bzr push`, passing /location/to/usb/branch as an argument the
first time you do it. I thought the message for `bzr commit` without
arguments in a checkout had been fixed to point to push, but it seems it
hasn't. Hmprf.
