[REGRESSION] bzr selftest --benchmark no longer --verbose

I'm guessing something Ian changed affected this.

But we used to force "bzr selftest --benchmark" to be verbose, so that you
could see the timing for the tests.
But I just ran it, and saw that it was using the standard progress bar.

I'm not sure what we need to fix it, but certainly something should be done.
