This re-alphabetizing is too direct for my taste.  IMHO, rarely-needed 
options like "editor", "mapi", "default" and "xdg-email" should come 
after the actual mail clients.

Really, I'd rather not make the configuration any more complicated, but 
having accepted evo and kmail, it would be unfair to block mutt.

Hopefully, xdg-email works with mutt, too.  Have you tried that?
