[MERGE][Bug #105432] how to create a working tree? add"create-tree" alias to "checkout"

Actually, to this user, it seems like the same thing.  "Checkout
creates a working tree for a branch".  That's pretty much what it
means (mod slightly different 'branch' meanings) in CVS/SVN, so it
seems natural.  It doesn't mean "work in a centralized manner";
working in a centralized manner just means multiple WT's on one
branch, so requires a 'checkout' sort of verb; B->A, !(A->B).
