[MERGE][Bug #52479] Message at the end of commit for bound branches

What should we do with it?

I think it's useful to give some indication of where the commit was
pushed to, even for non-novice users.  This seems like a reasonably
clean implementation.  So for me on the whole,

bb:approve

but does Aaron or Robert want to veto it?
