Like the message says, you performed an earlier operation that failed.

You now have a temporary directory with files that you may or may not
wish to keep: /Applications/World of
Warcraft/Interface/AddOns/.bzr/checkout/limbo

You need to either move or delete this directory before pull will work
again.
