Well, Connected to me implies 'TCP'. But looking at it looks like it
really is for 'Transports which need to share state'.

MemoryTransport needs to do this, and its clearly neither 'Remote' nor
'Connected'.

I'd like to see this renamed and everything that is not related to the
sharing of state moved back up to the root transport.
