UVF in 3 days for Gutsy

If I read the announcement correctly, we only have three days to get the
bzr packages we want in gutsy released.

So plugin authors - ifyou haven't released a 0.90 please do so
*yesterday*.
There is one critical bug in bzr itself, and patch is approved for merge
to mainline, just waiting on James Westby to ok it for 0.90 and 0.90 can
be released too.
