[MERGE] Add support for diff -p-style diffs to patch parser

Hi all,

This patch adds support for diff -p diffs to the patch parser.  This
doesn't directly affect Bazaar, but Bundle Buggy uses the patch parser
to do colorization, and diff -p diffs mess it up.
