.pyc files in 0.90 tarball

There are .pyc files in the 0.90 tarball. I suspect this is from
generation of the .c files.
If I can suggest, the .c files should be made by doing bzr
export /tmp/somewhere; cd /tmp/somewhere; make build; then copy the .c
files back to the directory where the tarball is being assembled.
That will avoid any chance of getting .pyc files in the tarball, and
reduce the degree of shipping things that are not in the VCS.
