[MERGE] Restore bundle-info -v, fix multiparent detection

Hi all,

This patch updates the hidden bundle info command, which is primarily a
debugging tool for me.

It

1. restores --verbose, which shows the unencoded bundle of a merge directive

2. fixes detection of multi-parent records.
