[MERGE] Display the author instead of the committer in bzr log and bzr annotate

Ok, here is the second part. This patch updates `bzr log` and `bzr
annotate`, so that they display the author instead of the committer (if
the info is available, otherwise it will use the committer as the
author). The long log format displays both names if they differ.
