[RFC] uncommit and pull --overwrite emit merge directives?

YES,
I think `bzr revert` is the most dangerous command in bazaar,
and that a undo revert function would save a lot of people a lot
of hard earned code, and thus making them love bzr!
(losing NEW code is my #1 reason for hating cvs, and thus looking for the
ultimate vcs, and thus fining bzr)
