Hi all,

I'm happy to announce BzrTools 0.90.0

This version is intended to be compatible with the 0.90.x Bazaar
series.  BzrTools is a plugin that provides miscellaneous useful and/or
frivolous functionality for bazaar.

Changes:
- Doesn't emit compatibility warnings when non-bzrtools commands are run
- branches command works properly on http (apache) and bzr: protocol
- multi-pull reuses transports where possible
- show-paths is now hidden (will be removed in a future release)
- import command can download archives directly from a URL
- shelve gives a better error when binary patches are encoutered
- uses NULL_REVISION in place of None
- options match new grammar requirements
