[RFC] Sharing of survey results and impact on questions asked

I'd also been imagining that you, or other interested particular
developers, would look at the raw data and publish some kind of
summary.  In past experience people do sometimes post things they
don't want to have publicly available -- for example they might work
in a place which lets them speak to us in private, but not make public
testimonials.

Whatever we do, we should put a couple of sentences at the start of
the survey explaining how the information will be held.
