Hi all,
When we were changing the calling conventions for run_bzr, we somehow
forgot to update run_bzr_subprocess to match. This patch updates
run_bzr_subprocess to use the same calling conventions as run_bzr.
I also did a drive-by import cleanup in test_debug, which had no reason
to import the subprocess module.
