I tracked down problem to the help of `tags` command. If bzr_man have
this topic inside then page becomes unprintable. Something weird
with tags occurs. Something like reserved keyword, I guess.

I never faced with this ugly problem before.
May be someone with deeper knowledge of IE/html could help?

If I change topic header from `tags` to `tags-xxx` then problem disappear.
So the html line in question is:

<h2><a class="toc-backref" href="#id3" id="tags" name="tags">tags</a></h2>

Something wrong with `id` and `name` attributes.
