Looks nice!
One technical point, which I doubt you'll be able to do much about
(and which is probably not worth the effort to diagnose further), is
that it wouldn't print for me on Internet Explorer 6 - I just got an
"Internal error" message with no details.
The concepts section is good, but as I mentioned before, the fact that
"checkout" is the first thing you see does stress a more complex
method of working (a central repository, or at least a separated
repository and working environment). Possibly part of the issue here
is that while there is a name for the idea of a checkout, there isn't
really a good name (that I know) for "my working directory that I just
ran bzr init in and am now using just like I used to but with version
control" ( :-) ). Basically, I suppose, it's a branch - but "branch"
doesn't have quite the right associations in my mind. Even so, I'm
surprised to see when I rechecked, that there isn't an entry for
"branch" in the concepts section! Maybe just describing what a branch
is before describing a checkout is all that's needed?
Anyway, I apologise if this is ground I covered before. I like the
overall structure of the document, and the concepts section in
particular is really useful.
Paul.
