[MERGE] New option --author for commit

Hi,

today I had to apply one regular patch written somebody else and commit
it myself and I thought it would be nice to record the author of the
patch somewhere. The commit message was the first idea, but I had enough
of this in SVN. :)

Here is a short patch that adds a new option --author to 'bzr commit'
and stores the author name in the revision property 'author'. If the
property is set, it is also displayed in the log (only in the long
format).

What do you think? Is it ok to use revision properties for data like
this?
