[MERGE] remove the use of ' ' in the fileid involved tests

This removes the use of ' ' in the fileid_involved repository interface
tests. I couldn't find any tests that test the namespace,so I wasn't
able to adjust them as well ;).

I've filed a bug (130070) noting that we don't do any enforcement of the
fileid namespace - and we really should, cause its easy to make it go
boom at the moment.
