[MERGE] remove deltas from pull -v output

That looks ok, but it's not clear from the pull help message what -v is 
meant to do: it just says that it shows more information.  If it's going 
to show all the merged revisions, we should say that.  Could you please 
add that?

I guess this doesn't need to be in NEWS because it's not a change from 
the previous release?  It looks like the changed behaviour for log -v is 
not in there but should be?
