Hi all,

I've written up a vote-by-mail system for BB.  To cast a vote for a
merge request, you reply to the original request email, and include a
vote verb in your message.

A vote verb is one of the vote phrases like "tweak", or "approve",
prefixed with "!".  It must appear at the beginning of the line (to
prevent accidental voting in replies).

Example:

!resubmit

Your whole message will be used as the vote comment.
