When running 'bzr update', it accidentally was connecting to the master branch
2 times.
This patch does 2 things:
1) Remove the extra get_master_branch() call.
2) Add a bit of debugging to the RemoteTransport so that when '-Dhpss' is
supplied, it will print when we actually create a new connection. I currently
also include a traceback, so you can see what caused us to create a new connection.
I don't know whether the traceback is strictly necessary, but it was very
useful for me to debug what was going on.
