Doc review & quick ref card - anyone with some DTP skills?

IMO, it's *a* Quick Reference, just not *the* Quick Reference. Maybe we
should rename it "Bazaar Essentials Quick Reference" or something like
that? I expect us to collect a few of these over time: the current one,
a comprehensive one, perhaps a few other "filtered" ones appropriate to
particular ways of working. For example, there might be one for Central
Workflow and another for Central Gatekeeper with Local Feature Branches.

Thanks for putting up the PDF. I'd like to get these into the main
source tree soon but I'm not quite ready to pull it in just yet (or
suggest you do) until I restructure the existing doc layout (and get
that approved). I'm working on that right now so it won't be long.

In the meantime, can you please make the master document accessible from
the new BzrQuickReference page please?
