The association of examples to their headings is much improved.
The line-spacing within examples still looks tight. For example, under
"Existing project", the "y" of "myproject" almost touches the i of "init".

I think Ian meant short options, not short aliases. For bundle, he'd
like to see "-o", not "--output".
Personally, I think the long options telegraph the meaning better.
