Hi all,

This patch ensures that checkout honours -r when reconstituting a
working tree for a branch.  (e.g. bzr remove-tree && bzr checkout -r 5).

Why? According to the bug report, it was to work around the lack of bzr
update -r 5. I'm not sure it's very useful, but silently ignoring -r is
clearly wrong.

It also ensures that checkout -r 0 behaves correctly.
