Guys, I don't think the way you're addressing this is remotely
appropriate.  We need to revert revno 2635-- it does all kinds of wrong
things.  We should just fix the external_url bit.  And we certainly
shouldn't be submitting new stuff to PQM until we've fixed the 2635 damage.
