FTP passwords

Hi,

I just switched to bazaar from subversion and am very pleased. One thing I 
especially like is the fact that it supports plain old FTP. There is just 
one little inconvenience: Bzr neither stores the password with the URL 
(probabely for security reasons), nore does it look into .netrc (I'm 
working under Linux). So if one wants to avoid typing the password every 
time, one has to edit .bzr/branch/parent or ~/.bazaar/locations.conf manually.

Couldn't an option be added which controls whether or not the password is 
stored, in other words, an URL "ftp://user:password@host/path" is  kept intact?
